As soon as you bring your puppy home you should get it into a grooming rountine as soon as possible.

Get your Newf used to being groomed standing up,it may seem easier right now to brush your puppy on the living room floor in front of the t.v . . .but once your pupy becomes 72kg (As Merlin is) it's impossible to get to all the parts needed when your dog is laying down.

We wash our Newf's on the patio,we have hot and cold water acess so this gives us all the room we need to bath these huge dogs - be warned however , a wet Newf is a very play full Newf !
